I CONFESS.....

Ok.... so I've been on Weight Watchers for almost three weeks..... and I've been really, really good. My son's wedding is coming up in September and I have to find a dress.   But today.... I couldn't resist.... those Chocolate Covered Oreos in the previous post.... well, they got the better of me!  I had one!  There.... I've confessed!  Now I feel better! :)

ANYONE ELSE ON WEIGHT WATCHERS?

nope but I should be! those oreos look awesome. I'm trying to lose weight also but i'm just doing what I did before--cutting down and being careful.

Have you tried the Arnold Sandwich thins? 1 pt, pretty good!
I have been following a modified WW. I think it helps you to keep track of how much you should be eating..
You can have an oreo, just count it in your points, or go walk on the treadmill :)
Good luck, it sure isn't easy..think Green, lots of salad...

No, not on weight watchers, but "was" going to Curves until early Dec., when I got a home full of company, had a new granddaughter in mid Dec., got sick...and had more company. (Like all my excuses?) ;) I've got to go back...I'm paying for it...literally! ;) I'm sure you feel better since you told us about your slipup! ;) The good news is, tomorrow is a new day! Go for it Carol, YOU CAN DO IT! So can I.... ;) ~CC Catherine

Yes, Dawnie.... it was awesome :)

Kathleen.... Yes!, I have tried the sandwich thins they are wonderful, and like you said, only 1 point! I load up on the lettuce, tomatoes, cukes, etc.. and a piece of WW cheese, and I don't feel cheated at all!

Thank you CC~ for the pep talk... yes, tomorrow is another day, only I still have to look at those oreos on the counter.... I wish someone would just buy them all!

Not on weight watchers but my daughter gets married in October and I feel your pain. Just tonight I had a nice piece of brownie and a chocolate raspberry filled candie with a glass of wine!

Hi,don't let an oreo get in the way of your goal, just get back on track.I have fought the battle of losing weight and trying to keep it off,it's hard but not impossible.I let myself have a treat day once a week, with no damage. It's the everyday treats that add up.
Your slide with the incredibly good looking guy caught my eye tonight and I made my own slide of my dogs and their pals, thanks to you! Cyndi

One cookie? Really girl, that is not such a big confession. Just get right back in focus. The biggest thing they say is don't deprive yourself. So have "one" cookie once a week. Say,on Sunday! It will give you something to look forward to! A tiny treat for a big week!

sorry, not on WW, but should be along with Dawnie. I promise to do WW when my son gets married. First he has to find a girl!

My son got married last June & I ordered the most awesome bridal oreo's for the rehearal dinner. The oreo's were dipped in White, Milk, or Dark chocolate then decorated with different wedding candies. They were a huge hit! Here's a link if you'd like to see them. http://www.americanbridal.com/wedding-cookies-favors-dslfport2iw.html?utm_source=wedding-cookies-favors-dslfport2iw&utm_medium=shopping%2Bengine&utm_campaign=sli

BTW, I wore Spanx pantyhose & Spanx bodyshapper for the wedding. Be the end of the evening, I was dying to get out of the tortune dress & Spanx, but I looked slimmer. ☺

The beauty of WW is that you can eat what you want as long as it is in your points total, plus you get the 35 weekly points to indugle.

I've done it for a month and have 11 lbs off, I have a wedding in June which got me started but with just those 11 lbs off, I already have so much more energy and the jeans aren't so tight :-)

Good luck to you, I have found wonderful recipes on this blog.

Good luck, no guilt with anything you eat, one oreo isn't going to set you back...I had a ribeye last night :-)
