I'd be so worried how to cover the cost of taxes and insurance...I figure I'd probably have to sell it....which would really bite!

Did you visit my blog when I was posting about this house? I had on there as a guessing game it took a while for people to figure out what house that was. LOL! It is my town. I am not entering because of the taxes. They could be the ruin of us if we were to win that house.
I would definately sell it!! Then buy a home, a few cars, and Grayden's college fund with that money!! Oh we can dream!!
