ONE LAST GIFT.....
While in my garden early this morning gathering the last of the drying hydrangeas, I stumbled upon a little surprise. I couldn't believe my garden blessed me with a final gift..... these last two lovely huge zucchinis. I got such a kick out of it. It's almost Thanksgiving, and here in New York, I am still gathering a harvest! Just yesterday, I spoke of my sleeping garden all tucked in for the winter.
In the spirit of the season, I think I will bake up several zucchini breads, wrap them in brown parchment paper tied with some raffia ribbons and deliver them to some of my friends and neighbors in Thanksgiving for their friendship.

Jenny said she wants some of your famous zuchinni squares they are her favorite!! LOL Crazy that they are still growing!
Wow, I love the colors of the pottery that you have the zucchini sitting in there. Hey, I noticed the pottery, before I noticed the zucchini and it turns out the post is about the zucchini. Now you need to tell us about the rest of the stuff in the picture. Love the picture by the way. Also regarding growing things, my freesia bulbs are confused. They are growing again. I don't know if the warmer weather has them confused as to what they are supposed to be doing right now.
ohh lucky you! I love zuchinni bread, cake, havent made bars ever.
I've tried zuchinni meatloaf also where you cook the meatloaf right inside the zuchinni!
We might get our first snowfall tomorrow!
Now that was a good surprise. I love zuchinni .
